This is my first review ever on any business and I feel compelled to give them a shout out. I have brought my trailer in to Palmer Spring for service several times. I am very happy with them being thorough and timely in the work preformed. I appreciate the matter of fact communication. Today the mechanic Russ took the time to personally explain the repair and what to watch out for in the future. Thank you Jason, Russ, and the rest of the crew!

Mr. Landry recommends Palmer Springs for all things auto repair. They diagnosed his Dodge truck and Durango, they replaced coils, plugs, filters, and a fuel pump, They were kind and courteous. They prioritized my vehicles and were honest about each repair.

Can’t recommend Palmer Spring enough. Saturday night i broke a spring on my car carrier, I had it towed into there Sunday night. I called them at 7 o’clock Monday morning, I have used them before in the past, Knowing this truck is my livelihood and the way I make a living they were working on getting it into the shop before 8 o’clock and it was completed at a very fair price before noon. The service all the staff provide is above and beyond. Thanks guys.

If I could give zero stars I would, rude and Racist people, especially the tall white hair man that came out screaming because I was adjusting a cone. Was driving my car trying to park along side the building to enquire about servicing my truck - was recommended by a previous customer. The white hair man came out screaming and was so rude told me to go “park around the back where I belong”. I was already up on the sidewalk as the other cars where so I backed up park, sat in the car for a long while contemplating should I even go in there. Which I would never, people like that shouldn’t even be in business yet alone deserve my hard earned money. Learn to be kind to people because you don’t know who your customers are! But I know they thought I was going to the African store beside them and he already made his judgement about me so he was really rude. I’ll take my truck elsewhere!
